Would you be willing to help transport students for field trips, extra curricular sports and other activities? In order to meet Ministry and SD83 requirements to be allowed to transport students other than your own family, please provide the school with the following 5 items:
- A copy of your driver’s license
- A photo of your vehicle registration
- A copy of the SD83 ‘Private Vehicle Use’ – Form ( Click here for Private Vehicle Use Regulation )
- A copy of your ‘Drivers Abstract’ – this is your driving record. To get it go to: https://www.icbc.com/driver-licensing/getting-licensed/Pages/Your-driving-record.aspx and put in your name and license number
- Complete the online criminal record check. The instructions can be found here: School Volunteers Criminal Records Check. The link to complete your Criminal Record Check can be found here: https://justice.gov.bc.ca/criminalrecordcheck (this is free and the password will be emailed out, please contact the office if you need it again).
