Hello Carlin Staff, Students, Parents/Guardians,
We are thinking of you and hoping you are well and safe. We miss you and look forward to when we can connect in person again.
In the meantime, throughout the School District, schools are moving into a new phase of what we need to do for everyone to be safe.
On Monday, April 6th, as per the schedule below, families will be able to pick up their child’s belongings and school supplies should they choose to (and drop off library books and other borrowed items). There are two classes at a time per hour on opposite ends/sides of the building to support physical distancing.
Parents/Guardians will line up outside of their child’s outside classroom door at a distance of 2 metres apart. We will have one family at a time enter, grab their child’s belongings which have been placed in a bag and can be found on their desk. Once the first family is done the next family will enter and so on. We will have various staff supporting this process, again at a distance. Any items not picked up will be stored at the school.
We hope this helps and support you in collecting your child’s items and supplies should you want them at this time. If this schedule will not work for you, please email back. However, we are limited by time and will need to accommodate by Tuesday at the latest.
